A Commitment to Create Housing Solutions For Indigenous Communities
We understand that housing is more than just a place to live. It’s about creating spaces that reflect the unique identities and traditions of those who live there. Our housing strategy is to create a wide range of custom builds that meet the diverse needs of populations in Canada. Working with our expert team, our builds are completely customizable, meaning that you can include any details that are important to you.
Working Closely with Indigenous Leaders
From the initial planning stages to final construction, Pacific Homes works closely with First Nations, Métis peoples, and Nations Inuit to create housing solutions that resonate culturally and functionally. Our approach incorporates feedback from Indigenous communities, providing our clients with the housing options that work best for them.

- Friendly To The Land: Our panelized prefab homes minimize any negative impacts on the environment by reducing waste and reducing the amount of construction required on site.
Experienced Building in Indigenous Communities
Over our 60 years of building in British Columbia and beyond, we have created many building projects located on First Nations Reserves, ranging from cultural buildings to multi-family homes. These years of experience have made us familiar with everything needed when building in such regions. These builds require knowledge of the First Nations laws, as well as those from the Federal Government of Canada. This includes obtaining necessary permits, adhering to building codes, and respecting First Nations land management practices and bylaws. When working with Pacific Homes, we will guide you throughout the entire building process, ensuring that every detail is done correctly.
