Home Package Takeoff Estimator


Pacific Homes is offering a rewarding career opportunity as a Construction Takeoff Estimator. You will be responsible for accurate material takeoffs of residential and commercial wood frame construction projects.

While reporting to the Lead Home Package Estimator, the Home Package Estimator (HPE) will be responsible for assisting with the accurate, timely preparation of full-cost estimates for residential and commercial wood frame construction projects. The HPE will be tasked with preparing preliminary and final quotes for a Team of Salespeople.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide accurate full-cost estimates of Pacific Homes Packages for a Team of Salespeople.

Under the general supervision of the Assistant General Manager, this position provides technical design and organizational support working in collaboration with the design team, production, purchasing, and shipping for residential and commercial building projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a large volume of work in a dynamic, fast paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Designing layouts, cutting and material lists for production use while ensuring cost effectiveness through proficiency, accuracy and economical fabrication, while considering inventory levels, shipping requirements and deadlines.

Production Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

  • Pre-check or lock up Pacific premises.
