We started with a dream of a retirement home on the lake.

After interviews with several prefab home building company’s the choice became clear that Pacific Homes was head and shoulders above the rest in quality, support, professionalism and value.

Sales associate Scott Robertson put our plans into motion with a vast array of home components and solid price quotations. Scott also coordinated our plans with a very capable design team, dedicated production crew and on-time shipping.

I really wish to thank him for his endless patience, advice and genuine concern with our project. After a year and a half of owner-built effort our dreams have become reality, we have a gorgeous, efficient well-built home where we can enjoy life at the lake and our retirement.

I just finished having my Pacific Homes package built to weather tight a couple of weeks ago and want to say how much I appreciated Scott’s support and help. After initially working with another home package company 3 years ago, I switched over to Pacific Homes and I am so glad that I did. I found Scott to be very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me as I slowly worked towards getting my new home started. I can not say enough good things about the Pacific SmartWall System. We moved from the lower mainland of British Columbia back to Saskatchewan to build our dream home at the lake and were a bit apprehensive about returning to frigid winters. Our home is amazingly warm and retains the heat so well that our furnace is rarely running. The main great room area is over looked by a loft and with hardwood floors, most people said we would not be happy with sound issues and echoes; however this is not the case with the Pacific SmartWall, the sound quality in our home is excellent. We love the quality of our home and would highly recommend Pacific Homes.

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with you as individuals and as companies. We are in awe of your skills, professionalism and hard work. We extend our thanks to your staff and colleagues. You made this experience a highlight in our lives and one to remember for a very long time.

Our once-in-a-lifetime ambition was to build our own home. The remoteness of the location, and the lack of any construction amenities, (i.e. lumber, plumbing, hardware stores), made us think that realizing our dream was never going to happen. Then we discovered Pacific Homes. Scott proved himself to be conscientious, understanding and detail oriented. He even helped us with the design. Whenever we had a question or a request, he was only a phone call away and invariably came up with a satisfying solution.

Our Pacific Homes building package came on time, was complete and had lots of extra products. There was no quibbling if anything needed to be replaced. The house was reasonably easy to put together and materials were of high quality. We feel that the dollar value was excellent.
All in all, it was a very positive experience. We are delighted with our new home and would certainly recommend Pacific Homes to any of our friends.

I can’t think of any improvements to the Pacific Homes experience. Any problem was promptly corrected while building changes that we made or additional materials were quickly arranged. Pacific Homes has great service. Others we know on the Island who built with Pacific Homes feel the same.

Without the help of all the staff at Pacific Homes; we would not have been able to accomplish this home. You have made this whole process so easy…and stress free. I am grateful to Pacific Homes for everything. Our previous house was so small, and I didn’t have a space that I could just retreat to and relax. This house is the opposite. I LOVE being here, and don’t mind it if I spend days here without leaving it. It’s warm, cozy and inviting, and I look forward to coming home and just lounging in the house. I can’t express to you and to my friends how much we enjoyed this process, and while we hope we never build again, if we did, it would be a Pacific Home all the way.

The package arrived right on schedule with Rick & his crew, who expertly unloaded and placed the cargo on site. A short while later the walls were up and by mid-afternoon, the beams were being placed. The product looks impeccable, and the fit is perfect. We are so amazed and proud to be a part of this partnership with Pacific Homes. It is creating quite a stir. We look forward to the rest of this adventure and to more in the future! Thank You!

Everyone who sees or enters our home is amazed by the building quality, view and interior. I am amazed myself. The design of the home complements its surroundings and takes full advantage of the view and sun.

The Pacific Homes package we ordered included windows and exterior doors, hardware and all the necessary building materials so we weren’t constantly running into town for odds and ends. It made life a little easier, a few less things to worry about.

We liked the fact that there was very little waste material. We kept our site clean and organized and are proud to say that nothing from the package went to a landfill.

Considering what we were getting – we felt we got very good value for our money with Pacific Homes, and they were great people to work with, delivering on all their promises.

We’ve been in our “dream home” two years now, no problems – loving it!

We have been in the house for 6 months now and are loving it. The house is very energy efficient indeed.
