This remote off-grid build is gorgeous! Kyle and Andrea Hunter, owners of  Toba Wilderness Marina, call it a little piece of paradise that lies in a bay at the mouth of Toba Inlet, which is a deep fjord on the BC Mainland, 45 kilometres northeast of Campbell River, BC. This fully off-grid, energy efficient build is powered solely by a Micro Hydro System located behind the home. The project was designed with the help of Pacific Homes build specialist Andrew Hallet and makes use of our 2×6 Pacific SmartWall Technology.

The main living space has an incredible floor plan that accentuates the majestic views of the snowcapped mountains and Toba Inlet. The south facing home offers an abundance of natural light that enters the great room. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a generous 1914 sq.ft in total.

It will be exciting to watch the progress of this truly unique off-grid, remote build!
