Our customers have recently installed roof sheathing on this amazing Country Cottage in Black Creek, BC. Working closely with our team, the homeowners created a home plan that includes 1096 sq.ft of finished interior space on the Main Floor and 940 sq.ft on the Upper Floor. The home was framed using our energy efficient 2×8 Pacific SmartWall® Technology. The two-storey home features an open concept great room, kitchen and dining room. The large covered porch out front will allow for some relaxation once the project is fully completed. Earlier this week they started applying the Ice and Water Shield membrane on their roof. The home is now protected from the winter’s rain and they are ecstatic.
