As another very busy building season comes to completion, I can’t help but reflect on what a tremendous group of staff we have at Pacific Homes. From Design, Sales, and Home Package Coordinators, to Production Staff, Shippers and Admin, we truly have an amazing group that goes far beyond what any business could hope for. Something that is displayed on a daily basis is the “above and beyond” commitment of our staff to satisfy every last customer. I believe that this comes from one main reason and that is a “family” approach to business.
Pacific Builders’ Supplies was started in 1959 by Ken McKinnon. That’s 55 years ago! The family owned business that has grown to what it is today is something that all the staff is very proud of. Although our business has become international, the McKinnon family and our staff always remain grounded and know that being involved in our local community is what has made us who we are. From community sponsorships of therapeutic riding clubs, local hospital foundations, donations to local charities, as well as numerous sports teams such as lacrosse, hockey, and football, our company continues to recognize that giving back is what sets us apart. It’s that “family” approach to business that allows our customers to feel comfortable to work with us.
