The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, detail oriented, and motivated to grow within the company. As an important member of the production team, you will assist in the assembly of our engineered roof & floor trusses, prefabricated wall panels, and preparation of Engineered Wood Products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in a team environment.
  • Assemble trusses in accordance with the company procedures, and as instructed by a Team Leader.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
  • Responsible for using all equipment and operating all machinery in a safe, correct, and careful manner, as instructed.
  • Report any mechanical and quality defects immediately to a Team Leader
  • Other duties as assigned.

Operations Department


Reporting to the Yard & Warehouse Supervisor, this position will help our Operations team to meet or exceed our company goals. This position will give you the opportunity to grow with our company where you will own your projects as well as work in collaboration with other members of the production, shipping, and administration teams.

Responsibilities

  • Pull stock products for orders.
  • Prepare and check products for loading.
  • Plan and load trucks for shipping to site.
  • Crate windows, doors, and miscellaneous material.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse & yard though 6S.
  • Responsible use of all equipment & operating all machinery in a safe, correct, and careful manner, as instructed.
  • Safely unload engineered wood products, lumber, and building supplies.
  • Accurate & prompt receiving.
  • Organize and replenish stocking locations.
  • Assist in Inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift and clean up shortly before the end of the shift.
  • Follow daily assigned tasks from Yard Task List.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Work closely with Home Package Coordinators and Sales Team.

Qualifications

  • Secondary Education
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
  • Knowledge of building materials
  • Forklift experience
  • MS Office & Outlook
  • Detail oriented, accurate, and safe.
  • Ability to prioritize and work productively in a team environment.

Pay- $22.00- $28.00
