Our first Shawnigan Package, located in Mill Bay, BC, was completed in early 2017. We had a chance to visit the custom designed home recently with our drone to take some photos and videos. You can check out a video we posted to our Facebook page here!
The three story, 4646 square foot home’s design is very energy efficient and has excellent indoor air quality through the use of our Pacific SmartWall® System. The kitchen and dining room merge together and are adjacent to the spacious great room with expansive 12′ ceilings. Downstairs includes one bedroom, one bath, a giant entertainment room, storage room, and a home gym. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious laundry room, and the master suite.
