East Kootenay Haven wins two 2017 Georgie Awards
Congrats to our good friends at LWE Builders and the rest of the Pacific Homes Team for the excellent work on the East Kootenay Haven project. Our design team, which included Larry Schwazer (Truss Designer), John Veuger (Wall Designer) & Elijah Fraser (Floor Designer), worked extremely hard to make sure all the building components worked seamlessly. The butterfly roof design was a challenge but proved we have a design team that can turn any dream into reality. Our truss designer Larry Schwazer even had to incorporate engineering in the truss design to accommodate a swinging couch in the family room. Jan Schulze, our build specialist, worked extremely hard with Stephen Whelan from LWE Builders to coordinate the project and turn our customer’s vision into a reality. East Kootenay Haven won two 2017 Georgie Awards this past weekend: Best Custom Home valued between $1,300,000 – $1,899,000 and Best Certified Home – Custom.
