This Westcoast Contemporary home was designed to take full advantage of the pure elegance and beauty of the British Columbia natural mature forest. In the surrounding mountains of Vernon, British Columbia, this custom designed prefab cottage is tucked away offering a very peaceful surrounding. From concept to completion, we worked with our customers and provided insight and advice on design, engineering, product selection to keep the project on-time and on budget. The Floor Plan:
On the main floor, you walk into a generous foyer with a large open concept kitchen with french doors opening out to a spacious partially covered deck. The large great room allows for an awesome place to enjoy the mountain scenery while sipping one morning coffee. A den, master bedroom, and ensuite complete the main floor living space. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large recreational room as well as a cider room.

The Construction Phase
All major components of the home are built in a climate controlled environment with premium grade lumber which creates less warping, splitting, shrinking, drywall cracks, nail popping, and mold related issues in the finished home. We then ship your building package to your site and the assembly begins.
