Here at Pacific Homes not only can you design your custom blueprints from scratch, but you can also customize the entire list of materials that go into your prefabricated building package to suit your building project, desires, and lifestyle. How we achieve this is through our vast array of manufacturers and suppliers that we have direct access to in our Product Selection Guide.
One example of this would be the windows in your package. You can go with the standard vinyl windows that are available in white or tan OR if you wish you can upgrade to painted vinyl windows, metal clad vinyl windows, metal clad wood windows, fiberglass windows, fiberglass clad wood windows, aluminum windows, and European tilt and turn windows. Along with these options, you can choose the type of glass in the windows with dual glazed, triple glazed and even quad glazed sealed units are available with a variety of low e coatings and gasses. There is a wide selection of options available on all parts of your building package to siding, roofing, doors, decking, insulation, interior finishing, etc.…

If you don’t see a particular specialty item in our manufacturers and suppliers product selection guide please ask us! The majority of the time we can source that product directly for you. In the odd circumstance that we cannot, we can always take that item out of the package for you and you can source it yourself. We offer a completely flexible package from your design all the way down to your finish trims and final touches on your home. We would never force you to choose between “A or B” because truly this is your home and not ours. Everyone is unique, and so is every house that we manufacture for our clients.
